CYM employs over 1,000 people in 4 factories in Shanghai and Nanjing, China, in our Corporate office in Los Angeles, California, USA and our Administrative office in Kaohsiung, Taiwan.

Our English speaking Customer Service Group works closely with our factories during program development and production to ensure quality products are produced on schedule, ship on time and are competitively priced.

CYM¡¯ s Engineering team and Quality Assurance staff work with customers to understand their product requirements and document production procedures. This guarantees that products will be made to customer specifications.

    Dedicated Assembly Lines with In-Process inspection. Packaging using Boxes, Cartons, Blister Packs, Clamshell, Skin Cards, Shrink Wrap, Poly Bags, Hanging Cards and UPC Labeling.

    Experienced Logistics Team provides all export documents, schedules and tracks shipments.

Quality Control Inspection and Testing
CYM¡¯s Quality Assurance Engineers are highly trained to ensure that our production process and quality assurance procedures meet your requirements.

Our factories are ISO 9000 Certified. We are also certified using the higher standards of many of our customers.

We employ Process Control procedures based on your specific requirements:

  • Incoming material is qualified before it is released for production.
  • Production operators are trained and are responsible for producing items that meet customer specifications before the product is moved to the next processing step.
  • Roaming inspectors check products at every step in the production process.
  • Periodic calibration of all measuring instruments and gages.
  • Go-No-Go gauges.
  • 6 Sigma process control.
  • Pre-control techniques where we adjust the process based on strict easy to understand rules that assure close tolerance production.
  • Complete detailed inspection.
  • Capability studies to verify our production process is capable of meeting customer requirements.
  • Final inspection before shipment.
