All products go through five inspection processes before they are allowed to be shipped. Raw materials are inspected before production to make sure that the material meets production requirements. A random second inspection takes place during production. A third inspection occurs at the semi-finished stage. Parts and components are inspected before assembly. The fourth inspection is performed after the product is assembled. A final inspection is taken before shipment. All shipped products are guaranteed to meet the customer’s specifications.
